Knoxville Barge was started by Leonard and Charlie Hobson. In 1980, Joe Brownlee Jr. joined the Hobson’s, improving the equipment and increasing project flexibility and diversity. We can provide every customer with full service marine construction, including dredging, shoreline stabilization, and a wide range of boat docks for commercial and residential purposes.
